Legal Floris LLC is a subscriber to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) service. PACER provides us with up to date court files and access to data in the NextGen CM/ECF system. When we quote on this website from information by judges and court orders, most has its basis in PACER. Some verdicts are public and therefore a service as PACER is not needed to obtain this information, while others have a more restricted form.
All information shared by Legal Floris LLC and its subsidiary Legal Floris (Cyprus) Ltd. is carefully obtained via the appropriate channels. When needed, we refer to court registration numbers and dates presented by the judges. The goal is always to provide you with un-biased, up to date and true updates on bankfailures and investment fraud by quoting verdicts, statements and orders from judges and the court.
The newsfeed provides the visitors of our website with regular updates in the wide range of banking, bank failures, finance and investment fraud. We often use information gathered via electronic court records to back up the statements we make.
Although not all US Courts have implemented NextGen yet, there is substantial data available on numerous cases via PACER.
Obviously, the Legal Floris Group must employ the restrictions as provided by PACER and the court. Sometimes we are allowed to share complete court orders and sometimes we don’t. When we are allowed to share court records we do so under the section ‘Relevant court information’.
